Founded in 2008, Pikscher Perfect Scenery began as a one-person passion project when Jason Pikscher started building storefront shows across Chicago. What began as late nights in tiny theaters, hauling lumber up narrow staircases, and saying “yes” to every creative challenge quickly grew into a career defined by curiosity, craftsmanship, and a deep love for storytelling.

Over the years, Jason expanded from intimate storefront productions to large-scale musicals, operas, museum installations, immersive environments, wayfinding systems, and trade-show experiences. Every step of that journey — from the smallest black box to the grandest stage — helped shape the company we are today.

And while we’ve grown into a full-service scenic and production company, our approach has never changed: combine creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration to bring every vision to life.
